What is a business proposal?

A business proposal is a pitch by a business or individual to complete a specific job or project, to supply a service, or to be the vendor of a certain product. If it's for a solicited proposal the prospective client will send you a Request For Proposal (RFP). A business proposal should always include a table of index, a problem statement(the problem of the prospect), your proposed solution, qualifications and references, and of course the price(s), and your Terms and Conditions. And it should end with a Thank You paragraph, where you express gratitude for the opportunity, and hope to have a meeting to conclude your proposal. Depending on the request for proposal, some specific details may be asked for, f.e. your business model as it pertains to the prospect's request.

The Business Proposal Writing Process

Project assessment

Business proposal projects start at US$500. If you ordered and paid using one of the fixed price proposals, we will contact you via whatever means you indicated (phone, email, skype, messenger, etc..), to discuss the details of your project. We collect all information you have available and assess what else may be needed (if any). If we have enough information to get started, we start the process. If other data is needed, we do those parts of the proposal when the information becomes available.

If you want to contact us first for an initial chat about your project, we can do that first. You can request a quote and we'll take it from there.
